Well apparently not where I live.. Sorry if my neon colored background hurts your eyes! I just needed a little spring in my life! It's my favorite time of year and days like these make me feel like it is never going to be here! When we went to bed last night there was zero moisture on the ground and when I opened my door about a 7:45 this morning, I was welcomed with about 7 to 8 inches everywhere and more on its way. I fought back the tears as I went back inside to change into my boots. I thought I would be the loving, independent wife and not bother my husband since it's a rare thing that he didn't have to be out the door before me. I walked down the hill to my car and began scraping. I was about half way done when I realized I was gonna need a little bit of help and text my husband to see if he would drive me to school. I couldn't feel my fingers! He was out in a hurry and very shocked by the sight. He told me to get in the car while he finished scraping the car. We were just driving off when CRAP where is my ring?? I had looked down and saw only my band. My fingers hurt so bad they were so cold, so with that and the fact they shrink when cold I didn't feel it slide right off. I burst into tears and my loving husband quickly started saying the perfect things to try and make me feel better. He got out and started going through all the snow that was by my car. We both looked for a bit and he thought it would be best to take me to school and he would continue looking. As if I needed one more reason to hate the snow! So now I am at work while the wonderful man I get to call my husband is on a mission to find my wedding ring. He just informed me he is on his way to buy a metal detector. Must have not had a lot of luck.. I'll let you know when we find it!
I did realize it's been 2 months since my last post. Where does the time go? I will be posting a more upbeat and fun blog shortly to recap the last month.

Libby, I LOVE reading your blog. You are such a fun girl. :) Hope you find your ring! And so sorry about the snow- that is why I love Texas!
Oh dear. I hate the snow too. I was pretty annoyed when I took pixi out this morning. she loved it, i hated it. You'll find your ring.
oh my goodness girl! did you find it yet? i'm sure you will. that is just stressful though. darn that stupid utah snow! come back to texas : ) miss you!
I hated hearing that the snow was coming. I kinda didn't think it would really happen. We got eight inches of snow too. Luckily it's gone. So I remember losing my ring in the snow on Martin Luther King Day 2006. It just flew off my hand and went flying. We had to stare at the snow to see where it may have rolled in the snow and left behind little tracks. Sure enough Dave found it. I bet you'll find it. Good luck. And Easter's coming, that's happy.
What a bummer about your ring!! You sound so great and happy though... I would be hating life if that happened to me! Well we live in Maryland now. A bit random, yes, but we like it! Keep in touch!
